a.v.max will accept items for exchange or merchandise credit only.

Item should be returned in new and unworn condition within 30 days of purchase. 

Sale items are FINAL SALE.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal value within 30 days of purchase.

    • Please include original invoice/packing slip in the package.
    • To insure a safe delivery, please make sure all packages have a
       tracking number.

Exchanges and repairs will be returned to the customer within two weeks of receipt.
